  1. Unpacking and Inspection:

    • Start by connecting the vertical frames using the horizontal braces.
    • Secure the connections using the provided pins and clips. The red tab should always be in a locked position during use. 
    • Ensure all connections are locked, tight, secure, and level.

  3. Platform Installation:
    • Attach the platform to the frames, ensuring it is level and secure.
    • Make sure the automatic wind lock is engaged holding the platform in place. 
  4. Stabilizer Assembly:
    • Attach the outriggers or stabilizers to the base of the tower with the quick-clamps.
    • Extend the stabilizers to their full length and adjust them so they make complete and solid contact with the ground/working surface.
    • Ensure you do not extend past the STOP sticker on each of the stabilizers. 
  5. Guardrail Installation:
    • Climb through the hatch door and take a seat on the platform
    • Install the guardrails from your seated position to eliminate risk of a fall.
    • Ensure the guardrails make a full connection with the frame and are the correct height.
  6. Toeboard Installation:
    • Install the toeboard around the platform’s base to prevent tools or materials from falling.
    • Ensure the toeboard falls into place. Once installed it will sit an ⅛” below the top of the platform.
